While serving our current clients we’ve also come to learn that many other businesses, as well as non-profit agencies and government entities, are needing technology help during the COVID-19 situation. As for the latter group we’ve been saddened to hear that those who rely on “the IT Guy” have found him/her to be overwhelmed, not really qualified to offer credible assistance for remote work or business continuity and/or just plain cannot be reached.
We have also heard that internal IT departments have been stretched and may need help as well as current incumbent outsourced providers are unable to meet their customer demands.
All of our offices remain open and fully staffed as we are classed as an essential service. We’re offering non-customers at cost remote access to their systems, no contract or commitment, as well as professional consulting and advice at no charge.
